SUMMARY:
| By September 2015, eighteen Arab countries had launched e-Government portals all primarily aimed at serving the citizens of the country. In a period spanning two years, from August 2013 to September 2015, one Arab country launched an e-governmental portal, namely: the UAE’s portal for Umm Al Quwain governorate. By September 2015, a formal e-Government portal was not yet present in Palestine. |
